Cancellations
More than seven days' notice – no charge
Less than seven days' notice – 10% of accommodation charge for administration fee
Less than 48 hours' notice – total cost of stay charged
Settlement of Accounts
Accounts may be settled by Cash, EFTPOS or credit card (Visa, Mastercard)
Check-in/Check-out
Available for check-in from 3pm It would be appreciated if you could let us know in advance your estimated time of arrival so that we may assist you.
Check-out time is 10am.
Smoking
Smoking is only permitted outside
Pets
We are pet friendly, but pets may not enter the general public areas.
