Lyn uses the best that the Upper Hunter can provide in fresh product  or food produced locally.

  • Meats direct from local  Merriwa property, through Roberts Butchers.  
  • Trout from local hatchery www.rainbowtrout.com.au  to your plate.
  • Award-winning Hunter Belle cheeses produced in a local factory at Muswellbrook from Brown Swiss cows and served with turkish bread or lavosh leaves baked at Murrurundi Baccos Bakery.
  • Oils, olives and relish from local oil producers at Pukara Estate, whose infused oils are used in cooking and tasting plates provided.
  • Wines from local wineries.
